Dieting & Exercising but still not losing weight, what am I doing wrong?

It could be that all these exercises at the Gym is making you develop muscles thus, making not difference to the weight scale – that is, even though you’re shedding fats, you’re at the same time, developing muscles which either increase weight or don’t allow to lose weight. So, first, review your types of exercises. It could also be that your body has got used with such a regime and physical exercise that it has settled down from the initial shock of diet and physical strains. I suggest you to slow down for three days – eat a little more and exercise a little less. On the forth day, resume your usual pace in exercises and in diet. Good Luck!
