Diesel VS Gas, which is better?
Gas engines tend to reach higher revolution per minute (RPMs) faster than diesel, making them quicker from a dead stop than diesel powered cars. On the other hand, since diesel combusts in a more gradual way than gas, diesel engines deliver more horsepower at lower RPMs. Since gas engines require more electronics to support the ignition system, the maintenance of gas vehicles is more demanding. Diesel does not use electronic ignition (no spark plugs) therefore relies more on mechanical components, reducing maintenance requirements. Diesel engines tend to be louder than gas. They have a distinct knock, which is normal, but could be a nuisance if not accustom to it. Gasoline tends to be more stable and not reduce in quality if exposed to air.
