Hi Ash, Unfortunately, the situation in Kashmir is not religious but political. This problem has been going on since the independence of Indo-Pak on 14-Aug-1947. Pakistan and India had their first war over freedom of Kashmir in 1948. The Kashmir that was freed in 1948 is now called Azad (Free) Kashmir. They have their own Parliament like Scotland. The situation in Jamu Kashmir is that police and locals are fighting over the freedom of their country. The attack in Bombay was very unfortunate and there was no need to kill innocent people. Killing innocent people in any country is wrong and against the believe of Islam. The attack on Marriott hotel and Sri Lankan cricket team was (in my personal view) to destabilise Pakistan. Attack on the mosque last friday prayers in NWFP and Just today the terrorist attack on Police training school is simply attack on forces.
