All of the Aveeno products are great for babies, I would recommend using the Aveeno Baby wash with the blue cap first of all it is so gentle on the skin and yes most definitely use the lotion even if its not the Eczema one it will help. My son had baby acne and this is what got rid of it with in one week, he also suffers from eczema and I see it more when I don’t use the Aveeno wash than when I do. This stuff is great!!!
