ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) – The New Mexico Lottery has launched a new scratcher game called “Spring Bling.” The $2 scratcher carries a top prize of $14,000. In addition to instant cash prizes, the game has second-chance drawings for prizes of diamond earrings and pendants. Players with “Spring Bling” tickets that aren’t instant winners are eligible for the drawings. Each drawing will chose four winners. The first is scheduled for May 5.
