Did you know more Americans are killed annually by illegal aliens than are killed in Iraq?”
I’ve seen numbers indicating that more people die annually than have died in Iraq from: • being killed by illegal aliens. • gang violence. • traffic accidents. So why doesn’t the news media make a big deal about crimes by illegal aliens, gang violence or traffic violence? My guestimate is that these three topics are not part of their political agenda, whereas, defeat in Iraq and harm to President Bush and the Republicans is a major portion of their political agenda. If they were, we’d seem a lot more stories about illegal alien criminals, gang violence and traffic fatalities and less about Iraq casualties. I’m fortunate that in Texas, the news media has to be report killings by illegal aliens, otherwise they wouldn’t have much local crime news to cover. I guess that the further one gets from the border, the less likely it is that the news media will report these things.
