Today, he and the rest of high-school-hearkening traveling squad (not all the players go on the road) hop on the bus, along with a caravan of Bronco faithful to Logan, Utah, to face the Utah State Aggies. The No. 6 Broncos (10-0, 5-0 Western Athletic Conference) lead the nation in scoring (43.6 ppg), sacks allowed (0.5 per game) and rank second in passing efficiency and turnover margin. On paper, the Aggies (3-7, 2-4 WAC) look unable to stop the Broncos, but they’re coming off a 24-9 win over San Jose State, and none of those seven losses were blowouts.
