Did TV kill the comedy star?

People say TV killed comedy. That’s not true. TV never killed anything. If they were to put curling on TV once a week, I guarantee you, curling leagues would start to pop in Florida. TV makes things popular. TV reminds people of things. If your thing isn’t on TV, people forget about it like it never existed. How do you keep it real? I’m not sure I understand the question 1000%. Either that, or things are so rough that I’m failing miserably at keeping it real. I tell you what, I like work. And I’d like to work more. And I’d like to work the clubs that are well run. It’s weird, if you don’t work a lot, and I mean, a lot, it’s hard to get an artistic momentum going. Business is getting better. I think it’s just a matter of me cranking up the machine and getting things going.
