No. Not only did Tiberius not hear of the resurrection of Jesus, it seems that none of his contemporaries did either. Not one of the contemporary authors and historians ever mentioned the resurrection of Jesus, not even Philo of Alexandria, who is considered certain to have done so had he known of it. Without any written testimony or reliable witnesses travelling to Rome, Tiberius could never have known of the resurrection.
