Did they improve the ww1 weapons?
Every war leads to advances in weapons. The airplane began the war as not much more than a powered box kite and began its evolution into a premier killing machine in this period. The tank was developed during this time. Small arms and artillery saw advances as did naval warfare with the deployment of numbers of submarines. No expense was spared to make killing people more efficient.
