Did the World Bank make under the table pay-offs to Haliburton?
Gentle readers of the American Chronicle, it seems that the World Bank gave payola to the Haliburton corporation. For you younger people out there, Payola is not a Crayon but an under-the-table kick-back style bribe in exchange for legal government U.S. funding to alleviate poverty in developing countries. It was literally stealing food from the mouths of Babies and the following Video reveals this nasty practice. Joseph The World Bank started with good intentions. Then Ronald Reagan became president and the bank became a tool for “free market” zealots.
