Did the World Bank make under the table pay-offs to Haliburton?
Gentle readers of the American Chronicle, it seems that the World Bank gave payola to the Haliburton corporation. For you younger people out there, Payola is not a Crayon but an under-the-table kick-back style bribe in exchange for legal government U.S. funding to alleviate poverty in developing countries.
