Did the Taliban government patronise womens rights movement in Kabul, Afghanistan ?

The Taliban didn’t let women leave their houses without their mahram, they couldn’t see a doctor without a mahram. They couldn’t get jobs and as a result all the schools in Kabul had to close because all of the teachers were female, so because of the Taliban and their misogynistic and dogmatic ways children couldn’t receive an education. Thousands of women and children had to beg in the streets because the women didn’t have any other way of making money because their husbands, sons and fathers had died in the Afghan-soviet war that reigned form 1979 to 1989 and thousands of educated families fled from Kabul to Pakistan when the Taliban took Kabul in 1996. The Taliban basically ruined pretty much everything for everybody in most of Afghanistan (except the most north eastern part of Afghanistan, that was held by Northern Alliance, who eventually helped topple the Taliban in 2001).
