Did the School Board participate in the preparation of the Interlocal Agreement?

School Board staff, along with the staffs of the cities of Kissimmee and St. Cloud, participated at two levels—planning staff participated through the TWG to prepare the original draft and the School Board’s attorney worked with the County and City Attorneys to finish the final draft of the ILA. The local governing bodies—the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, the Kissimmee City Commission, the St. Cloud City Council, and the Osceola County School Board—have the final say.
