Did the Russians ever claim the U.S. Moon Landings were a hoax?
I’ve answered this before and I’ll say it again. No, the Russians never claimed that the US moon landings were faked. (Pardon my emphasis I’m not shouting at you. ) The Russians would have LOVED to show that it was a fake before the whole world, because it would have been such a great propaganda coup. But they couldn’t. Why? Because they used THEIR OWN telescopes and radars to track our ships and personally observed them take off, travel, land and return! They used their own sophisticated communications equipment to monitor the HIGHLY DIRECTIONAL audio and video channels and found that the REAL TIME conversations were indeed coming from points on the Moon that tracked in accordance with the very predictable laws of orbital dynamics. Furthermore, the astronauts left laser reflectors whose reflections can be detected by any high school science class with a decent laser, and those reflectors are highly precise devices that had to be placed by hand and precisely oriented, not something tha
