Did the record snow of 2007/2008 season cause problems?
The Golden Poles building suffered damage including roof and deck collapses that year. Repair to most of the damage has been completed including a new elevator, roof and decks. So work continues on replacement of the laundry building roof and remodeling within but this is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2009. Despite this there still may be construction material and equipment around the building and in the garage as work finishes into next year. You shouldn’t notice anything once in the unit.
