Did the prophets have knowledge of the unseen…?

0

NO, the prophets don’t have knowledge of the unseen, An example for the limited knowledge of Jesus is the fig tree episode in the Gospels. Mark tells us as follows: “The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to find out if it had any fruit. When he reached it, he found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for figs.” (Mark 11:12-13). It is clear from these verses that the knowledge of Jesus was limited on two counts. First, he did not know that the tree had no fruit until he came to it. Second, he did not know that it was not the right season to expect figs on trees.

They do have knowledge with the following condition. 1. Their knowledge of unseen is granted by God. God’s knowledge of unseen is by His self. 2. Their knowledge is limited to what God gave them. God’s knowledge is unlimited.
