Did the Notre Dame community actively participate in the university designation summer study activities?
As a part of the summer study, SimpsonScarborough, a national higher education research firm, surveyed Notre Dame graduates, faculty, students, staff and prospective students to elicit their input about naming options. The results were conclusive and helped inform the Board of Trustee’s final determinations.
