Did the new subscription format replace online credits?

Yes. The original version of MyFertilityCharts used a credit based system. This was in place from May 2007 through July 2008. In August 2008, a new version of the site was launched. This version replaced the credit system with a new subscription based approach. There are no longer credits to manage. Instead, your account has a subscription with an expiration date. Your subscription is either active or inactive. When it is inactive you can still access and use the site under a free or basic subscription. Some advanced features may be disabled. The older credit based system sometimes restricted your ability to access older records. This is no longer the case. You will always be able to access historical data regardless of your subscription status.
