The Independent Valuer carefully considered and reviewed all representations received in response to the Consultation Document. In the Final Document the Independent Valuer sets out a summary of the substantive points arising from the representations he received, the effect of those representations on the provisional views set out in the Consultation Document and his final determination as to the amount of any compensation payable by HM Treasury.
