Did the failed or misprinted postage occur less than 24 hours ago?
Endicia accounts that use DAZzle (Windows) or Endicia for Mac (Mac) software to print postage are allowed a one-time reprint for failed or misprinted postage within 24 hours of the original recorded print time with no additional postage charge. You may not need a refund if you are able to reprint. For more information, see the reprint instructions. At this time, the DYMO Stamps and DYMO Printable Postage (stamp only) applications do not support refunds for failed or misprinted postage.
