Did the big bang happen by chance? Did the first cell fall together by chance?
There is the physical world which is what you are describing and how each cell has DNA encoding. But there is also the energetic world. There are far more frequencies that we cannot perceive. We know elephants for example have a better ability to hear lower sound frequencies than us. And bats can hear much higher frequencies than us. We are bombarded with these unnoticed frequencies that affect us on subtle levels. Quantum physics is saying that energy is consciousness. When you think about it that is correct because our thoughts are not physical but pure energy. As energy cannot die, it means every thought is still about. I think this is the ‘hall of records’ that one can access in the astral plane or dimension. It is a record of every thought and action of everything.
