For the most part everything is real. La Push is there (I don’t know if it’s in Forks), Forks High is there, the Cullen’s house (which is actually a hotel) is in Forks, the hospital where Carlisle works, the police station where Charlie works exists, even the restaurant Bella and Edward go to is actually real. I don’t think Bella’s dad’s house is actually there, though…
