Answer Hi, Jody- To be honest with you, I never realized the Red Hot Chili Peppers were formed in the 1980s. I guess since they didn’t achieve breakout success until the early 1990s, I’ve always thought of them as a 1990s / current band. However, I did a little checking into it, and I can’t find the song “Kryptonite” on any LP or EP on any RHCPs discography. I also read that 3 Doors Down lead singer / drummer Brad Arnold wrote “Kryptonite”, so it’s pretty doubtful RHCP ever recorded it. Thanks for the question. Take care!
