Did people eat Dinosaur meat before they became Extinct?

I have to assume you mean avian dinosaurs (aka birds) since the non avian dinosaurs became extinct around 65 million years before humans became a recognizable species. You have to realize the term dinosaur does not mean “extinct animal”. Lots of non dinosaurs get lumped in with the group, animals like dimetrodon, mosasaur, pterodactyl, and mammoth. It is a possibility that early humans moving onto the North American continent contributed heavily to the extinction of a multitude of Ice Age animals (none of which were dinosaurs). Whales, while certainly in danger, are not dinosaurs. They, like you and me, are mammals and like all mammals, started out as purely terrestrials species. Some species of whales are suffering from mass commercial hunting, pollution, and climate change.
