Did Nazi Germany allow other countries to take holidays in their country?

Your question is worded badly, do you mean in their own country or in Germany? Since Germany was being bombed almost continuously by the British and after two years also by the Americans, no-one would want to holiday in Germany and no-one would want to leave close relatives behind while they went on holiday. The Brits still went to Blackpool as I remember and went myself with my mother and the ration book. Evacuees sometimes got a visit from their parents or at least their mother since their father would probably be in the armed forces. Mine was in the Royal Navy. There was some freedom of movement allowed by the Germans but everyone had a passport of a sorts, some Poles and Czechs were recognised as Germans and allowed to work for and in Germany. No one was safe under Hitler.
