Yes, I believe I did read somewhere that the person you mention did dress as a Priest at that establishment when Prince Philip called. He is always trying out different disguises to cover his Gollum-like appearance…but that bad smell always gives him away, no matter which disguise he tries to adapt, or which names he pulls out of the air to use each day.
