No, he did not. In his table, he eliminated the noted #5 descent ballast dumps, which drastically slowed its fall, and had #4 fall almost twice as fast. Again, he was treating #4 as a balloon with faulty equipment, contrary to his stated assumption. His model #4 fell an equivalent distance from stratosphere to ground in only 59 min. compared to 96 min. for #5. This was even much faster than the faulty #6 which fell the same distance in about 72 min.
