He also filed his first Campaign Statement Form 460 in the City of Huntington Park. A few months before, John Noguez filed a Fictitious Business Name Statement for M.A.N. Properties in June 2000. On the form filed with the County of Los Angeles Records Recorder’s Office, Noguez lists his “Residence Street Address” not in Huntington Park, but in the city of Montebello, California. Form 460 reports campaign contribution activity for the “Noguez Campaign Committee” for the period covering January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2000. His campaign treasurer, Felipe Castaneda notes on Noguez’s Form 460 for year 2000 that Noguez’s first contribution received was for $500 on December 22, 2000 (Schedule “A”, Monetary Contributions Received).
