(CBS/AP) Marissa Pagli, the Manhattanville College student whose body was found by her father in their shared staff housing apartment Monday, may have been strangled by her mother, sources inside the investigation said. An unnamed source close to the investigation told the Journal News that Stacey Pagli may have attempted suicide after strangling her daughter, and may have left a note. Marissa Pagli’s body was found by her father, John Pagli, a maintenance worker at the college, and police quickly said the death was a result of domestic disturbance to allay fears of a random killer on the loose on campus.
