I don’t think so. I think Voldemort thought he was to “great” to have a relationship. I think Bellatrix wanted a relationship, but again Voldemort wouldn’t stoop so low as to “date.” And remember Bellatrix was married, but her husband died in Azkaban, I don’t know if that would effect anything but there you go.
