Yes. Lebanon has concluded several promotion investment agreements as well as treaties for the avoidance of double taxation with Arab and non-Arab countries. More information on such agreements can be found on the Ministry of Finance’s website. Lebanon is a member of the Euro-Med partnership. Lebanon is a signatory to the Greater Arab Free Trade Area (GAFTA) and European Free Trade Association (EFTA). In addition, Lebanon is at the negotiations stages to accede to the World Trade Organization (WTO). More information on the above agreements can be found on the Ministry of Economy & Trade website.
