A published report out of Oregon claims the stepmother of missing boy Kyron Horman tried to pay a landscaper to kill her husband. It was this piece of information, the report says, that spurred Kaine Horman to leave his wife Terri, and obtain a restraining order. According to The Oregonian, the landscaper was hired to do work at the Horman’s house in Northwest Portland. But he reportedly told police that around six months ago, Terri Horman offered him a “large sum of money” to kill her husband. Detectives confronted Terri with the murder-for-hire allegation, which she denied, sources say. They also told Kaine about the allegation.
