Did King Tut have a family?
Yes, King Tut did indeed have a family. His parentage, however, is widely disputed and remains historically ‘undetermined.’ Some believe that the Pharaoh Akhenaten was his father, while others feel that evidence points to Amenhotep III. Historical records do indicate that King Tut married Ankhesenamun who was a child of Akhenaten. If this is the case, then Tut’s wife may have been his half-sister.
