Dont’ know who “h&m” is but, in general, one of two things will happen. If the lady who interviewed you is not the one who will supervise the hired person and is a Human Resources (HR) / Personnel employee, then going to a second interview probably means you are a good candidate, but it will probably be up to the next person to make the final decision. When that happens, it is fair to ask of the first interviewer who the interview is with, not necessarily the name, but the title and the position of the person who will interview you in order to better prepare yourself for the interview. A good HR person should consider it a plus that you ask questions which show that you are interested in the interviewing process and that you want to succeed in obtaining the position. ALWAYS dress up for an interview unless you are told not to (which will seldom happen). What to expect varies with the interviewer. Some are very good, others are atrocious, and most are closer to atrocious than to good. F
