Are you seriously asking if you can eat another piece of sugar-free gum? It’s a piece of gum! I’m sorry but it makes me sad that people feel guilty about chewing gum. You maybe made the right decision FOR YOU, but I don’t think it’s a great idea to deprive yourself if you’re hungry. Most diets that include deprivation won’t last and they’ll only make you binge eat when you get hungry enough. Instead of thinking whether you should eat one piece of gum over a cookie, try eating healthier well-balanced meals that leave you satisfied. And when you want a snack, eat a piece of fruit or a small handful of nuts. Or you could get really wild and eat both.
