God didn’t prescribe it and it wasn’t done for cleanly reasons. Also circumcision back then was NOT what it is today. Back then they only took a small snip of foreskin so they kept most of the skin. Also circumcision isn’t cleaner and doesn’t prevent germs so either way your immature question has flaws.
