On the 6th day of creation, God made Adam and Eve. And they were perfect until they rebelled against God. Sin was now found in Adam. We are descendants of Adam and Eve. God stopped creating on day 6 of creation. All people born from Adam forward are the product of 2 people engaging in sexual reproduction. Not the continued process of creation. One can say God made us through our first parents Adam and Eve and that’s where it ended. So to answer you, God did not make the homosexual. Homosexuality is a choice.
