By Esme Vos Cleveland, Ohio received five responses to the RFP that it issued in April 2007. The respondents are EarthLink, MetroFi, Azulstar, BBV Cleveland and McGraw Daniels. This is surprising given the size and importance of Cleveland, which also has an extensive fiber network that could be used as backhaul.
