Did Emeril Go Out with a Bam?
Born October 15, 1959 in the small town of Fall River Massachusetts, Emeril has taken the cooking scene by storm. With a French-Canadian father and a Portuguese mother Emeril developed an early love for cooking. He began working in a local Portuguese bakery as a youth and in 1973 he enrolled in a culinary arts program at Diman Vocational High School. After high school he turned down a music scholarship to pursue his cooking career.
