Eli Manning insists that his foot injury is not affecting his performance. But he said Monday that the injury, which surfaced earlier this month against the Chiefs, might have monkey-wrenched the machine-like efficiency that the Giants’ quarterback – and thus the offense – had going during the early part of the season. “The foot feels great, no complaints,” Manning said. “I’m running around, moving around. It’s just kind of getting back into my rhythm I had before the injury. I feel good moving around, but just getting back to making plays and throwing the ball accurately. That’ll come back.” Through the first five games, the Giants were 5-0 and Manning had 10 touchdown passes and two interceptions. He was completing 64.4 percent of his passes and was sacked just once. In the last two games, Manning has thrown two touchdown passes and four interceptions, has been sacked four times and has completed only 48.5 percent of his passes. Oh, yeah, and the Giants are 0-2 in those games, includ
