No – a huge flying reptile could not possibly exist. Flapping -wing propulsion is very inefficient and only works for light objects. This is why ostriches and other large birds are flightless. As weight increases, the power needed to achieve flight increases to the square of the weight increase (e.g twice the weight, 4 times the power needed, 10 x the weight, 100 x the power needed, etc).
