Yes, Dog the bounty hunter or Duane Chapman has killed before just not as a Bounty Hunter. He murdered Jerry Oliver in Pampa, TX, or that is at least what he was sentenced for back in 1977. He has stated that he was not the one that murdered this man instead he was an accessory to murder. So yes if he has not murdered, he still took part in the murder of a man. This was a long time ago and he put his faith into god and now is on a mission to help the people of Hawaii get the ice dealers off the streets and help them to choose a better path for their lives.
