No, he didn’t die. He did indeed go into cardiac arrest, but didn’t die from it. The fact is, the show ‘Sober House’ was taped months ago; if he had actually died during the course of filming, the general public would no doubt have heard about it already (and I’m sure there would have been quite an uproar). See the following article from TMZ, dated July 28, 2008; if you read the details of the article (skipping out on cast and production) you can tell it matches up with the latest episode of ‘Sober House’. So it sounds like he probably just had a serious medical scare, and it will be interesting to see on the newest episode whether he returns to the house, or has to go to more serious drug treatment. http://www.tmz.
