Did Clomid with Metformin get you pregnant?
Are you being monitored during your clomid cycle? If not, you may want to ask your doctor if they will monitor you or consider finding a fertility specialist who will. My doctor did an ultrasound a few days before I would be due to ovulate after taking the clomid to see if I had any maturing follicles. When the follicles were present and large enough, they had me do a trigger shot to actually release the follicles. I’ve heard that some women with PCOS, even if they do create the follicles, will not release them without a trigger shot. The day after the trigger shot, I was given an IUI. And I was able to get pregnant on my very first cycle. So, don’t give up hope. Even if you are already doing all of these things, it can take several months to get the right dosage and to get everything working together. My doctor admited that she was surprised it worked so quickly for me! Good luck!!
