Yes, the mother knew Chester. From the start of this investigation becoming public the authorities strongly stated that they believe this girl has been a victim of sexual abuse before and for that reason they were aggressively searching for the child for that reason. For the family and friends to come forth and say that they couldn’t tell that anything had happen to girl worries the hell out of me. I think authorities need to do a more in depth investigation on the family and friends. There is no way in hell that someone didn’t now what happen to that little girl. Especially if it didn’t happen before! To be raped repeatedly at the age of three THERE was evidence and someone knew. Chester might have not been the only one molesting her. I do agree that mother’s who are so unaware of their child’s well being don’t deserve to have them.
