No Atlas never used steriods, they werent even made then when his course first came out, ever since he was 16 he practiced what he preached and many of his students went to become super strong in everything they did. FYI there was no isometric exercises in his course, I have the course on E-book and they’re all full rang or partial range and Atlas wouldn’t look good as he did if he took steriods and probably wouldn’t have lived as long as he did.
