AOL sent an e-mail notification to all members who have been impacted by the surcharge increase. You should have received an e-mail from AOL with a subject line “Change To AOL Billing Surcharge”, letting you know about the increase to your Checking account fee. If you find tax charges too, AOL sent an e-mail notification to all members who have been impacted by these new fees. You should have received an e-mail from AOL with a subject line “State and Local Taxes”, informing you that your monthly service charge will be taxed.
