Did anyone have any tips on getting reinstatement into a Cal State University (or any college)?
Although I do not have personal experience with it, I have been in college long enough to know a thing or two. First, conditions of reinstatement are clearly stated for a CSU. There is usually a section in the catalog that has the steps. But you should talk to an academic advisor because they can be your best allies. Some of them can be jerks so find one who cares about your cause. They will tell you what you will need to come back. You may need to take some courses elsewhere such as a CC with a certain GPA first to really prove that you are ready. Remember that there is nothing good for the university to disqualify a student. They lose their business and low graduation rate never looks good for the university. My only word of caution is that I see people that are desperate to come back when they are not really ready. They continue to do poorly and the real danger is that they need at least 2.0 cumulative GPA to graduate. If your GPA falls so low to the point that there is no way to br
