Did anyone go to LEAR FINANCIAL TRAINING ACADEMY in London?
The Financial Training Academy is run by a scam artist called Raffi Ahmad Bhatti. His previous businesses were Britannia IT Training Ltd, this company went bust owing £3m to students (see gaurdian link). After that he set up Britannia Finance and Mortgages Ltd, another training company, this went bust owing students £2m. He then went on to start The Financial Training Academy to continue this systematic scam, basically take a lot of money from students for training and a job offer at the end…that never materialises. A large number of his students have gone to court to get their money back and most did through out of court settlements. The City of London Trading Standards have been investigating Raffi Ahmad Bhatti and The Financial Training Academy Ltd for the miss leading advertising offering jobs at the end of training courses for a while now. If you want to train in mortgage advice simply look around at any that offer training only, they all give you advise where to apply for jobs
