Did anyone ever get spanked with a dr scholl exercise sandal at home or at school?
I didn’t get walloped with a Dr. Scholl sandal; it wasn’t the weapon of choice when I was in school. We did, however, have blackboard erasers thrown at us on a fairly regular basis by one teacher in particular. Another one threw chalk – you’d be surprised how much it hurt if it hit you. We also got rapped across the palm with a ruler. If my parents thought I had committed some infraction of the rules I would get a short, sharp wallop on the buttocks. Corporal punishment in my home was very rare so I knew I’d done something incredibly bad. Incidentally, my mother was the one who usually dealt the welt.
